Glad someone identifies. When I finally caught her doing some sketchy shit and her mask came off I couldn’t believe what a good liar she was. I realized that a lot of the stuff she told me before could DEFINITELY have been lies because she had zero issues with telling elaborate lies about the shit I caught her for.

This doesn’t work on all women. Some girls will genuinely be disgusted by something like that.

I definitely think that the whole “GF goes to a party and doesn’t answer her phone” situation is a hard-next scenario on its own. But fuck man so many women do this kind of shit at one point or another that it is impossible to maintain any sort of LTR without being super suspicious of them. It’s almost like if you are ever in an LTR you have to either trust them completely or just assume they are fucking other guys behind your back because if she wants to, she can and will have sex with another …

Certainly, if anyone deserves to be shit on and labeled as a shitty person it’s the cheater. The girls that cheated on me were selfish and lacked morality, empathy and remorse. However I picked them to be in a relationship with and ignored their red flags so some of that is on me. I probably also allowed my frame to weaken over time during the relationship too. So 1) pick someone with a good moral compass and 2) maintain frame.

You won’t get revenge against a manipulative woman. Her manipulation is grounded in another nonsensical dimension. She will twist reality until it fits the explanation she wants and she will truly believe and internalize the nonsensical explanation to fuel her own ego. Most men aren’t capable of that bullshit and personally I’m happy about that.

Yeah thanks for the reminder. Always better to get your hands dirty and fail till you succeed than to get trapped in a toolbox fallacy.

Good for a lay and a short adventure, not good for a LTR. One massive red flag is enough. Both very true statements. I should have ended the relationship probably two years ago.

Hmm yeah. You’re absolutely right about the trend. I don’t think I am codependent but I will look more into this. It’s difficult to define what she has but knowing what I know at the very least she has NPD. She fits all of the features of that disorder perfectly. She has features of ASPD, BPD and HPD but she fits NPD best.

Yes in retrospect this is so true. She has broken relationships with all of her family members. Though to be honest, many of her family members were shitty people themselves so it is tough to see what came first.

Thanks for the comment man. You are right, I am lucky that I am not losing half my life savings or my home or children. Only psychological damage (hooray!) I think I phrased that part of my post poorly. I have had four LTRs but only this past one was actually clinically insane. Another was sane but a cheater. The two others clung way too hard and I had to let them go. In the two that weren’t clingers, it was my own fault for ignoring red flags early on.

Thanks for this comment. I agree. I am not going to bother getting involved with a woman for a long time and will focus only on myself and self-improvement.

The only red flag early on was that she had a high turnover rate of friends and a history of multiple fights between her best friends.

I spotted the crazy early on but I ignored it to be brutally honest. Though the extent of her insanity was not readily apparent initially. I have a very normal loving family. It’s my fault to be sure. I will have to look up Tara Palmatier.

Height helps immensely. Don’t kid yourself otherwise. Being taller than 6 feet is a definite advantage just ask anyone who’s short. But there’s a lot of other things you can do and if you have good game, sure you might not be banging HB8s and HB9s (because honestly only the top 5% are actually able to plate those women), but you can still easily pull the HB7s if you have good game.

I really hope it doesn't come to the point where she shows up at my house and starts following me. I am sorry you went through that and it is very fucked up. Women don't generally use physical abuse but they do use a lot of verbal abuse that is psychologically damaging but the world does not care about that part.

Hey thanks man. Your comment is encouraging. She has done that before (broken up and cut contact only to ask me to take her back days later) so you might be right. But it is becoming abundantly clear to me that this girl likely also has BPD.

I see. You know many years ago I found this sub and it really helped me and I was successful with women for a few years. My problem is that once I get into a relationship there is always a slow drift to be becoming more beta (less assertive) because of two things I think. 1) at the start of the relationship my partner is always sweet and caring and awesome but as time goes on she reveals more and more crazy behaviors and 2) as time goes on I get more comfortable I guess and sometimes because of …

I wish I could understand this better. It definitely seems like a defense mechanism when she feels she is losing control. I don’t understand why she feels that she needs to have control in the first place. My frame has not been rock solid. I do stand up for myself but as time has gone on I have found myself appeasing her more and more frequently only because I have been so busy with work that I do not have time or energy to keep fighting.

I have cut off all ties. There is no other side to the story. My friends and family have been warning me about her for the past few months and I have just been too stupid to listen.

Yeah but I am sure they are unflattering photos. Not photos I have sent but I wouldn’t put it past her to have taken photos of me behind my back. What do you mean by keep texts with someone I trust ? I would hope she would not pull that card. Thankfully she has not threatened that. I have never engaged in any non-consensual sex.

Thanks for your comment. I hope this is the case. Research. You’ve got to do some digging. A degree of any kind will help you in the adult world. Many people are in industries unrelated to their degree of study. Find out what job or industry you want to have, and figure out a way to spin your degree to make it happen.

That’s true. I have never “hard” nexted her. I think that is probably going to be my move this time. It’s likely the only thing jarring enough to make her reconsider disrespecting me so often. If it results in the end of this relationship, so be it.

> It machiavellian. It puts you on the backfoot. I can't believe people are actually that devious. Actually, that term (machiavellian) reminded me of the dark triad just now (narcissism, machiavellianism, and psychopathy). She definitely displays features of each, but they seem to be features of her outer shell and are transient. On the inside she's very sweet, loving and obviously insecure. She's had a tough life and has a tough outer shell. I think my best guess is that it stems from her insec…

I (sort of) mentioned this to her before. I equated it moreso to her history of being cheated on and told her so directly. I actually broke up with her and forced her to do therapy to try and fix it. > Around the five year mark a TRP guy has v good emotional control and sense of abundance but still their LTRs go awry... Women are women and even the most RP-aware men and natural alphas can get cuckolded. But I am indoctrinated to believe that if your woman is acting up, you're doing something wrong. Thanks for your reply. Though I assure you I am not a retard. I did set up frame with her and had a very low tolerance for bullshit from day one. But I guess my only weapon for misbehaviour on her part has been to withdraw attention. I would tell her to quit her bullshit, go no contact, and she will always call me a few days later to apologize and everything goes back to normal. I still keep it in mind. Yes, you can be lied to. But if you happen to find out that she does have a high number, it is worth considering. Also, I think how quickly she uses sexual expletives / how quickly she sleeps with you probably correlates to chance of future infidelity. But all of these things are just data points that you can use to build a complete picture. Each individual point is usually meaningless.

This reads like it was made up and for god sakes I hope it is indeed fake and you didn’t actually sleep with your older brothers fiancée... because all I can take from that story is that you have some serious insecurities and no integrity. I have noticed that women really pay attention to what you say on the first date. The stakes are the highest on that date and one misstep can really kill the vibe. If you’re not shooting for a one night stand, it’s better to play it on the safer side.

Yeah it's weird I had the same thing happen to me. A girl was obsessed over my eyes. I was a scrawny teenager at the time with almost nothing going for me. They just need ONE thing to hook onto. A good career. A position of power. Wealth. A six pack. Broad shoulders. Nice calves. Muscular forearms. Amazing hair. Interesting hobby. Deep voice. Even your scent (natural OR cologne/deoderant). I've found it's usually one thing a girl will fixate on and it's that thing that gets you through the door.

There is a good lesson from this post which is summed up in the phrase “you always have to be better than her”. It’s true. If she hits the gym and you don’t, all of a sudden she may find herself in a different league. Same goes for her career, her hobbies, her friends, whatever. If she increases her SMV faster than you can increase yours, chances are you will be left in the dust. This is why some guys mate guard and prevent their partner from improving. Sadly that sometimes works to prevent bran…

Best thing you can do is end the relationship. She doesn't respect you and even if you try to improve your self to "save the relationship", those insults are unforgivable. Don't offer any explanation. Just pack your things and go complete ghost. Hopefully her brain will spin trying to figure out what happened.

It’s so glaringly true. It’s not a some women do, some women don’t kind of thing. Women WILL try to jump ship if anything substantially bad happens in your life ; basically if you lose your job, get injured, or get sick. I have seen it dozens of times in my own life, the lives of my friends, in posts on here and it’s actually also frequently depicted in movies. That whole line “I promise to keep you till death do us part” Fucking LOL. The vast majority of women are not capable of that.

How old are you? Ages matter in these discussions. You can expect a little more monogamous effort from a 30 year old girl compared with a 20 year old girl.

Women definitely have different thresholds for how fast they will sleep with a man. The higher your SMV, the easier it is. But there’s always that “X factor”. Given two Chads, both equally muscular, both equally good looking, both equally red pilled, she may prefer one over the other because of something about the way he looks in particular gets her juices flowing. If she’s trying to control access to sex yeah that’s a bad sign. She should be initiating sex with you often or at least not refusin…

Many of you may have seen this video regarding the universal hot crazy matrix: https://youtu.be/XuI6GTY9eVc In this video, the creator states that “there’s no such thing as a woman who is not at least a 4/10 crazy”. Most of my relationships ended because either a) the girl decided to cheat or b) the girl went crazy in some…

It’s useful to look at these “risk factors” especially when a girl you are already seeing does something undesirable and you are reconsidering the relationship. But I am not a fan of using these as a screening tool because honestly every girl will have at least one or two red flags. Heck it’s probably a red flag if they don’t have any red flags. If you screen too aggressively you may miss out on something worthwhile.

I think this post has a good underlying message which essentially boils down to “do not tolerate any bullshit from a woman”. If you are the type who’s looking for a suitable LTR and/or considering marriage/kids, the absolute best thing you can do to screen women is to call them on their BS and see how they respond. A good woman will quickly come to her senses and back down. If she continues to hit you with bullshit, well, if it’s bad now it’s going to be way worse when you are married.

To each their own. I’d label myself a Mr. Nice guy. True I suck ass at pulling girls in a club. I’m not even close to interesting enough in that environment. However I do well with day game. I’ve met some really hot 7-8/10 girls this way. I always find myself in LTRs with them though (maybe they label me as beta?) and usually don’t sleep with them until the 3rd or 4th date. But. So much depends on your photos. If your photos are killer, your game doesn’t have to be as tight and you can get away with a lot more. I mean yes the nuclear option works but...you only met her twice? I think it’s pretty rash to conclude she’s using sex as a weapon that early. Some girls just don’t put out right away because they are actually more selective about who they will spread their legs for. Of course almost any girl will do it for their dream guy. But just because she said no to going all the way on date one or two doesn’t mean much. Unless she lied about her intentions prior to the date (i.e. tons of sexual innuendos)…

Priority number one is lifting. Don’t make it your mission to hit on pussy at the gym. If it so happens you have a natural interaction or a girl approaches you... run with it. But don’t go out of your way. I agree though it’s easy to tell who is there to get hit on and who is there to do work. The ones who want attention are usually dressed cute with makeup. You have to make the interaction completely natural though, so she feels like it “just happened”. No girl wants to meet future husband onli…

Diet > Exercise. Easiest: Cut out all calorie-containing drinks including juices and sodas. Replace with only water and add zero-calorie flavorings to keep it more interesting (crystal light, Mio) Moderate: Replace between-meal snacks with raw vegetables and nuts. There is no end game. It’s you and only you and what you want out of life. If you’re not getting it with your LTR and you’ve made a reasonable effort to fix it, you move on. The only end game in life is the grave and the only objective should be to live it to its fullest.

I agree the phone monitoring is too much. You are not truly outcome independent. I would also be afraid of that ever coming out, because it would definitely be a possible relationship ender. We all know AWALT. Given the right circumstance any girl can cheat because they think emotionally, not logically. So that’s why you did it. But! I wouldn’t say marriages of these type are happier. Divorce rates are lower in very religious families because of cultural pressures. There is often a higher family investment (think Hindu weddings with 500+ guests) and a bigger cost to divorce. It is often a huge shame for the family of the divorcée and many traditional parents can’t move past it. In addition, the status of “divorced” significantly lowers their SMV in that community (especially women who’s value declines with age). It’s a doubl…

I'll go further & say that the defining characteristic of slutty women is that they crave sexual validation from men. Non-sluts don't crave male sexual validation so strongly, because they were able to form a stable self-image without it. I believe this is because they received both adequate validation, love, and acceptance, and adequate discipline and indoctrination into attitudes of reasonable sexual purity from their families, primarily from a strong, emotionally health father. Not all hot girls have fucked for money, done orgies and cheated on their boyfriends in the past. You are generalizing too hard here. I’ve met plenty of attractive women who haven’t done these things. The only real solid truth with attractive women is that they do usually get a ton of attention and have a ton of options.

Yeah. I mean I’ve noticed it too in my own life. Anytime I’ve lived with a girl for an extended period of time romance goes down, sex goes down, fights increase. By contrast, when I had a girlfriend that lived 30 minutes away that I saw 1-2 times per week, both of us were much happier, really looked forward to meeting each other and often planned cool activities. But of course, she wanted to get married and have kids eventually and thought my idea of living separately was bananas.

I really think that cohabitation should stop. It kills pretty much every single relationship in every single way. Sexually, emotionally... everything becomes boring. I have experienced this myself. I got a girl of much higher SMV than I should be able to. There were many factors at play. One I think she was inexperienced in the dating game. Two she recently immigrated from another country. Three she had emotional baggage from a shitty childhood. There were factors on my side as well - I had been lifting consistently for a couple months, lost weight, improved my fashion, had a good social circle and was motivated towards my career goals. Man dating has become a crazy game. I’ve been successful at it but it takes a ton of effort. Pictures on point. Looks on point. Clothes on point. Body on point. Hair on point. Game on point. Texting on point. Hobbies on point. The list goes on and on. It’s maddening how choosy women are these days.

Prude women probably exist but are rare. Even if a girl is a scared little virgin, once you dominate her and show her your sexual desire she’ll start to like pleasing you and will crave your sexual attention. Women love being naughty for their man. The girl I am with now loves hearing me talk dirty to her during sex, especially really nasty things. Not too long ago she was a virgin from a culture where women’s sexual desire is smothered.

No woman with a brain is gonna sign a post-nup. Like others have said, as soon as she signs it he could be gone tomorrow with a hot new 20 something and keep all his $. But of course from his standpoint, she could be gone tomorrow with half his $ and get engaged to the pool boy. The game is already over and she won it - his SMV now probably greatly surpasses hers. Hard to believe that a girl who was getting THAT much attention in her early 20s would have to settle like that. If she’s that attractive in her 20s, she’ll likely still be modestly attractive in her 30s. More likely than not she just didn’t put enough effort in to find the right guy. Or her attractiveness was grossly overestimated by the person who told you this story. It is true that tall women with advanced degrees have a hard time because they need someone taller with an even MORE advanced d…

Honestly I think it was too harsh. The girl definitely pushed her luck and you called her out on it which was appropriate but you can just treat her as a child and give her time out (no contact for a day or two) then basically act like nothing happened. Depends how much you liked the girl of course.

It’s irrelevant at this stage of your life. She may have cheated, she may not have. Even if you found out she did, would it change anything? You’ve been together so long your relationship probably means more than preserving your ego.

Not in my experience. You just have to play it right. If you are high value and spinning plates and the girl who’s crying sees that she’ll be on your dick the day after the breakup.

Who your competition is depends on your location. If you try the same experiment in NYC you won’t get the same results. As others have mentioned, if you go to a location where mostly younger (20s, 30s) people hang out, the ratio will also change drastically. But this is true for the average, non-wealthy area mall. Which is why I like day game because you can stand out. Also high value guys might not shop much but ALL girls like to shop, including the super hot ones. Also girls LOVE to be swept o…

Exactly as you said, you came across as butthurt. It’s an art form. I like to keep it light and just tease her about it to the point where she feels a little self conscious about it. I think that’s the most important part - to show her you are still in control and that your frame isn’t broken. Afterwards I don’t freeze her out - I talk to her but I don’t give her any praise or positive attention. I also just sort of stop touching her. Obviously don’t be drawing your hand away from her (looks but…

I dunno if she was hot I’d probably bone her that night then go dark immediately after.

I think by loyal, you mean loyal to their own race? If so, loyal isn’t the right word. Hoes and loyal don’t mix.

White females are the most loyal? That has not been my experience.

Same here. I know it’s sort of universally accepted that there is a linear relationship between hotness and craziness, but I wonder what the reason is. My guess is that women crave drama because drama = attention + feels, and in general hotter women can get away with more drama without completely destroying the relationship (men will stick around for good poon). Less attractive women get dumped if they mis behave.

The best strategy I’ve found is to shift your attention away. Tell her “Ok cool have fun” in a non-butthurt way and then don’t text or call her. If she calls you, you can respond. Until she apologizes on her own or makes a strong effort to make it up to you in some clear and identifiable way, you pretty much stop putting any effort into contacting her.

Women should have the freedom to talk about what they want just like I have the freedom not to pay any attention. I already know the difference between a real no and a fake no. Based on what I’m reading on Twitter it seems some girls weren’t taught that. If a guy is trying to grope you and you don’t like it tell him if he touches you again you’ll fucking murder him in his sleep. Don’t hang around with him all day and squirm every time he tries something. Moms need to be educating their daughters…

Awesome story. Really highlights how there is so much to life beyond getting pussy. Becoming the best man you can be.. that’s the real goal. That’s where the real satisfaction lies. If you succeed, you won’t even have to pull women... they’ll pull you.

If your SMV Is way higher than hers she will either reciprocate your kiss on the second date or if you play it cool and ghost her after she will likely text back. If it’s not high enough she will be on to the next one that very evening. Really all depends on the SMV gap. The bigger the gap, the easier and sooner you can go for that kiss.

Interesting. I did not consider this. I suppose in professions have a fan base or a lot of collaboration with other people in the field in makes sense. I’m in medical so it’s actually discouraged for us.

Facebook is horrible these days. 70% of the posts are advertisements or people sharing stupid pictures/videos. 25% are people humble-bragging about the cool shit they did which most of the time isn’t cool. And 5% are actual quality posts - like friends getting together, an update on a kid’s milestone, marriage photos (which I hate but I guess it’s probably okay). Not to mention when I quit Facebook my life significantly improved. I had way less social anxiety and I stopped caring so much about w…

I’ve (29) been dating this bombshell (27) for close to two years now. The first year was great and she treated me like a king. Now she is manipulative, controlling and verbally abusive. Sadly I probably reverted to being a bit too blue pill as time went on and comfort set in. TBH I just got tired of fighting with her and it was easier to just let her win arguments. Big mistake. Anyway I’ve basically given up and want to end the relationship but she’s threatening to destroy my whole life by email…

Marketable skills pretty much mean nill in terms of SMV for a woman. It’s all based on looks and personality. Who cares how much she makes.

Hey I enjoy the challenge. But I moved from NYC to a smaller city and it's like going from fly fishing to standing in an aquarium tank covered in breadcrumbs.

Really depends on where you live. If you are in your 30s, decent looking and fit with a good job and good social skills you will slay in most towns. If you live in somewhere like NYC you are competing with the REAL nationwide top 5% and all of a sudden you feel like nothing you can do will help you get any pussy.

I am in this position now. Late 20s. Fantastic job but long work hours (70 per week). I don't really feel that I fit in or am accepted by my peers at work. Everyone is just so fake and always talking about stuff that is very basic and boring to me. There are a few good apples but mostly those ones are married and don't ever want to do anything. Girls are all "taken" and have major bitch shield up because they are trying to get married to whomever they are with. It seems really hard to find peopl…

Her reply was "screw off" in a joking manner. That's a reply to the initial comment and where she went wrong. Of course she can't reply to the second comment, that would be completely obvious. You do have to read a woman's actions, not so much her words. Words tell you a woman's short term (i.e. This very second in time) feelings. Actions on the other hand tell you her true current priorities, and can also forecast future behavior and are revealing about a persons overall character. Of course I …

Your response in these situations matters. You need to shut down those guys without seeming insecure. Calmly and politely (with firmness) or calmly, indirectly impolitely shut them down and end the interaction. Guys can be savage but if you carry yourself with an air of a man who knows what he's doing, no guy with half a brain will take the risk.

She is inviting the behavior. Her response to his comment should be either nothing, or a DM telling him to back off. If that isn't her response, she's not worthy of being anything more than a plate. On your end, your best choice is to be completely non-reactive. Just focus on yourself. Focus on your career, hobbies, physique. IDGAF attitude.

The old adage "give a woman an inch and she will take a mile" is so true. Never be a pushover. Always stand up for yourself. Be firm, but not hateful or spiteful. Sex once per year? That's not acceptable. But don't tell her that. You should initiate when you feel like it. If she's consistently refusing without a valid reason, or not addressing that reason, just go sleep with someone else and let her find out. Guaranteed she will finally take the hint and start taking care of you. A request for y…

A successful LTR or marriage usually requires daily maintenance. Without the man there to guide and redirect her, she will start to stray. This is really difficult for anyone to do over long distance, or if they have crazy working hours. It becomes easier if you are working a regular 40 hour workweek and living with her. You need to be there to show her love, affection and a good time. But the same time you need to call out her bullshit and punish her for it. You also need to dick her on a regul…

Showing you don't care is always the answer when confronted with a breakup situation, regardless of what outcome you are looking to achieve. Usually she does a full 180 the same day, or the next, because you're basically indicating that you have other options and your SMV is perhaps not as low as she thinks. However it always works better if your SMV actually is higher than hers. If you've been dropping the ball lately and your SMV has gone down, she might actually stick to her decision, especia…

I've seen this myself. I had an ex GF who used to have very low SMV men send desperate messages all the time on FB. She would complain to me about it. I never told her to stop because I knew she would never consider cheating with such low quality men. But if I said "why don't you just block him?" She would do some mental gymnastics to come up with a reason not to or just change the topic. Fact is, she liked the attention, despite the fact that it was coming from a low quality man.
