Sounds like you’re well on your way to being the person you want to be. If thats the case, you made a mistake on the date; nbd, you won’t make it next time. Alternatively, you can do everything the same on your next date & wait for a girl that likes it/you. You’re not alone here, goodluck!

Go into with zero expectations about the conversation, outcomes or if you’re acting a certain way. Also, if you’re self conscious about not having friends, maybe try to focus on that first?
