Women are absolutely prioritised at Universities. Every course that has a male majority is targeted. Women must graduate as computer scientists (no question about whether women actually enjoy the subject enough to graduate at equal rates to men). More women graduate as Doctors and Lawyers compared to men (has been for many years now). Only STEM subjects remain. Psychology graduates are something like 90% women. Ironically, pressuring men at an early age to believe they’re inherently worse than women leads them to become disenfranchised. If you start telling a boy of 8 years that he needs to start respecting women more, he’ll be confused. Because he’s not doing anything wrong. He’s innocently learning how the world works. If I was a Psychologist, I’d say Bill cheating on Hilary damaged her psyche so deeply - that she now attacks all men when she can. It may damage her popularity, but she doesn’t care. So long as she hurts men as much as Bill hurt her.

I’m assuming they don’t know what the word Primary means? Primary in this situation would mean directly affected. So the casualties. Secondary would be the people not directly harmed by the conflict, so women and children back home. … unless the language is deliberately misleading?
