by "gaining traction" do you mean that they are always listened to when it comes to sexual abuse, put above men (women and children first) and also shown as victims in almost every scenario

Same, in my social studies class, the teacher would put things up like "for every dollar a man earns, a women earns .67 or .73, a fact widely proved false, and she even had a powerpoint for it, as if it were part of the curriculum, and tbh i wouldnt be surprised if it were.

i think the only way to avoid your sister's toxic behavior is to argue against it, for instance, watch some old dr shaym or sydney watson videos and get some facts. maybe even compile a document and think of some ways to rebut her arguements. I probably sound like a teacher when i say this but don't forget to cite sources

judging by instagram posts, they wouldnt get it, ask them "if i told you that 73%(ish i forgot the exact number) of non reciprocated domestic violence cases women are the perpetrators, would you suddenly be mad about how trash women are and how there should be a curfew for women so they can't abuse men?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
