3	"Just say hi" I haven't had a straight up rejection (other than logistics) and usually get good IoI's if I just go up and say "Hi, my name is ****, this might be kind of random but I thought you were cute so I wanted to meet you." Then just carry on the conversation from there, if it doesn't feel natural then you're probably in your head and thinking about it to much.
