I went to Carlsbad Cavern and then to Los Alamos to see the Bradbury Museum last year, continued north to Colorado. I should have gone NW to see Chaco Canyon so I'm leaving on a road trip next week to Alaska and I'll stop at Chaco, I might get to go to the Trinity test site in October, the test site is only open 2 days a year. I really like New Mexico, lots of varied terrain.

I took my kid there in 2015 and we had a blast, stayed a week. I'd like to go back in the fall when the leaves are changing. There was too much to do and see, one trip wasn't enough. Enjoy brother.

My Ex was a legal secretary while we were going through our divorce. She was telling everyone how she was going to take me to the cleaners. I knew she was in trouble when she accused me of enjoying the process. Divorce is about money, that's my game not hers.

You are writing your life's story everyday, it would be a boring story if it was: I was born, everything went perfect and I died. You are the hero in your own story so it should be: I was in a terrible situation and then I.........What did the hero do next?

Yes and increases in income too. Rarely does CS decrease for decrease in income. Inferred income I think they call it. They figure you made X in the past and should always make the same or more. There's always the threat of jail to give motivation.

Ya my stepfather had to pay for his son all the way through college. I don't have too much heart burn about the CS I paid. If I had a surrogate to get my kid and then hire a nanny to care for him it would've been more expensive. It's cool now, wasn't at the time. Hang in there dude, one day at a time.

Texas is 18. I read that the max in Texas was 1200/month, thank god I didn't have to find out. She never took me back to have it raised but I'm sure she could have, I don't think it was out of the kindness of her heart. Probably because I brought so much pain on her during the divorce, she didn't want No mas.

After final decree I worked like a mad man to repair the damage. My goal was to retire at 55. I retired at 55 and 2 months. A guy named Dave Ramsey ( The Total Money Makeover) calls it gazelle intensity. You don't wander out of debt and you don't wander into wealth. Just like a gazelle runs from a lion, intensity.

100K My company did me a solid and didn't include OT or bonus or would have been more. I think 1200/mo was max but not sure. The punchline is 3 months after CS ended her house went into foreclosure. She couldn't manage money for shit.

Add 1200/year for health insurance, probably 1200/year for WAM (walking around money) ect. ect. You get the idea. 70K would be a bargain.

There is a old guy in my town named Keith, everyday Kieth stands on the busiest corners in town selling newspapers. He could probably just stand there with a cup and people would put money in it. Nope he stands there in every kind of weather selling those damn papers. I make a special trip just to buy a paper from him. Always goes the same, I give him $10 and tell him to keep the change and he looks at the bill and flashes me a toothless grin. Makes my day, much respect dude.

I'm not sure any good could come from participating. I'ts not like MGTOW needs an outreach program. It kinda sells itself, man gets destroyed and a MGTOW is created. I do enjoy the comments section when I see MGTOW in the MSM.

Sorry I can only up vote this once. I have a Step-brother that is a perfect example. He was given a very successful business by his father, my cousin worked for him and told me that he couldn't understand how he could goof off all the time and still run the business. The answer is you can't, Step-bro lost the business and is in his 60's and broke. I was given nothing but achieved multi millionaire status at 55. How? I never worked less than 60 hours a week. If you're poor and working 40 or less …

I am either the source of my problems or the solution. My choice. If you read THE MILLIONAIRE NEXT DOOR you'll find the adult children of parents that received financial help (EOC Economic Outpatient Care) did poorly as compared to those who received no help. MGTOW is more widespread than I would have believed. I was trapped with some land whales and they interrogated me about my relationship status and then they accused me of being MGTOW. I was shocked that they even knew what it was. I just played it off as taking a break. I know this is anecdotal and not data, but it surprised me how fast they all chimed in, definitely something they had all discussed before at length.

I miss my neighbors cat, I live near the water and catch bait fish and Charlie would show up out of nowhere when I checked the trap. I'd give him a fish and get to pet him in return. Just disappeared one day.

Her husband was blue pill AF. He was always asking me why I wasn't married. He was in IT and lost his job, I knew the clock was running and if he didn't find a job soon he was toast. I must have ESP because that's exactly what happened. Now he has moved to get a job 2500 miles away and just walked away from everything starting over with nothing. When he comes to his senses we may have a new MGTOW. If he doesn't off himself first.

The neighbor already has a new chad, but he has zero skills and no work ethic. Me, on the other hand, can fix anything. It's hilarious. I'm like a strong plow horse doing nothing all day. She thinks that ability is going to waste because it doesn't serve her.

I have no interest in controlling anyone but if someone tries to control me then I resist. My neighbor has 3 daughters my age , all divorced land whales and he sees me as a perfectly good mule going to waste. They have all taken an shot at trying to entice me into a relationship. Also I retired at 55 and he retired at 75 which annoys him for some reason. I won't have to deal with them for awhile as I'm packing up the RV to go to Alaska for a couple of months.
