To quote a Harvard study, “Women are less likely than men to game the scheduling system by trading off work hours at regular wages for overtime hours at premium wages.” So it’s that men find ways to get more money for the same work. That’s not being more hardworking, it’s making more money for the same amount of work

People can have multiple opinions. Studies show that women make lass money than men even when you look at pay within the same occupation with the same level of qualifications. If you think women aren’t pressured away from jobs in STEM you’re dead wrong. I’ve felt that pressure, and it’s even worse for women in more conservative areas. Many women want to have jobs in STEM but are pressured or even forced out of it. I’m saying closing my legs can shift my pad, causing me to leak

It is against systematic oppression, and manspreading isn’t systematic oppression. It’s a small issue that you seem very passionate about. Feminism is more about things like the pay gap and rape, I don’t know why you think it’s all about manspreading but you’re sorely mistaken. Also leaking isn’t slight discomfort. Manspreading is specifically about taking up extra space in public places, particularly when other people need that space. Language isn’t just for the huge life altering things. It’s also for little things. Theres a word for the rubber lining of a casket (gasket) and the thing at the end of a shoelace (aglet). Why wouldn’t there be a word for this? Not only things that are a big deal get terms

The lgbt rights movement is to get rights that cishet people already have, not extra. Like the right to donate blood, join the military, get married, and not having your existence be illegal, like it is for lgbt people in 70 countries. It’s not about getting lgbt people to not pay taxes or anything like that

Because it’s often used to justify terrible things. When it isn’t it’s fine. But if you think about it saying “boys will be boys” to mean “boys will be disrespectful, aggressive assholes who do bad things and don’t care about people” it’s something men should probably be mad about too. “Be boys” should not mean “be rapists and assaulters” because guys aren’t inherently any of those things and can be, and many times are, good people

If you’ve seen feminists talk like that, it’s enough of a minority that I, someone with many feminist friends who’s in feminist circles both online and irl, have never heard a feminist who is ok with the genital mutilation of boys. In fact I’ve heard feminists talk against things like intersex “correction” surgery and circumcisions, which can be harmful to those it’s done on. I can assure you being ok with the genital mutilation of boys is not a feminist view
