1	In a frat at a big school but not having any luck, going into sophomore year, how can I improve? I was in a frat in college. One of the ways in which I got laid an absolute ton was through girls outside of the Greek system. 1	Meeting girls in grad school. Just like yourself, there will be single girls there. I would talk to them. Also, if you're on the main campus, you'll have access to the undergrad girls as well. I've been doing BJJ the past two years and I like the lifting advice, but I will say that the majority of MMA gyms have guys who show up once every other week and hit the pads for cardio purposes, or come to the jits classes and are just fodder for those who show up routinely. At most gyms, it's a very small group (maybe about 10%) that fall into the "Great Whale" category. Dedicate yourself to the lifestyle, however, and you will net great returns.
