Even if the government decided to put in stricter gun laws I.e a longer and more detailed process to purchase the gun in the first place (background checks everywhere, no prior violent criminal offences) it’s to late for America now, god bless you all.

When people are arguing for stricter gun laws they aren’t saying they are going to take them away, and I’m not sure why most people instantly jump to the “they want to take away our second amendment rights oh my lord” bullshit when that’s not at all what they are implying.
