5	Girl learns why it is not okay to put her hands on someone ten times bigger than her. The way he says "don't ever touch me" while pushing her away the first time makes me think she put her hands on him first where we can't really see. It definitely doesn't justify that incredible slap, but she did seem to start the physical contact. Maybe it's best just not to touch people who say "don't touch me". The reason why speed limits exist (control, not safety) is directly applicable to a conversation about the moral authority of stealing money from people for violating the arbitrary number selected. Going 5, 10, or even 15 mph over the speed limit is not objectively more dangerous. Speed limits are chosen arbitrarily by politicians, not calculated scientifically from any kind of actual data or research. If you go to a city hall meeting and complain loud enough, you can probably get a speed limit changed (up or down) somewhere in your town or city. It has NOTHING to do with actual risk.
