cuz they want the gains without the pain. to be in a male environment where they fell protected without having the risk of getting hit on. they could have women only places but they can't stand themselves.

throughout history, there were always, warrior queens in África or vikings, female pharaos, and even female knights. If women were opressed how did they manage to get to those postions? It just shows if you fight for something and you have the knowledge necessary it doesn't matter the gender. Why there were not more female in postions of power in the past? The answer is the same as why there's no more women in STEMs than Man. it's just a question of affinity.
