this doesn't seem to me like much of eureka moment, attractive people tend to be more picky and would rather be with an equally attractive person. This is everywhere not just the US. Also you only took girls into the equation of people demanding and forgot guys. If anything because there is such an obesity problem in the US, it should be easier for a guy who is just average or above to get girls, since supply is so low

not really, it depends on how well you can get them to believe you're actually reformed, of course a guy that has slept around with hundreds of women will find it more difficult to do that than a guy whose slept with 6. The thing with tricks is that there is always a way to be succesful at, you just have to be good.

The mistake is lying about it or acting guilty. not necessarily true for conservative types. It could be quite effective to show your past to them with guilt as it shows that they have such an effect on you that you're being reformed by them or that for them you're willing to let your old ways go. I know what you said can be applied to most women though

Unless you look like a pan (cause usually people who cold approach aren't attractive enough to attract anyone without making the first move) and have andrew shultz level comedy and JFK charisma, I wouldn't advise anyone to cold approach. Just put yourself out there enough to get a vibe from someone (usually eyes, gestures with the hair and hands), then it's much easier to pick it off from there. Women have a very strong defense system to out of nowhere approaches, their seduction takes times and…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
