16	Office Encounter: International Women's Day vs. International Men's Day Unfortunately, International Men's Day (Nov 19) was also claimed by women when it became Women's Entrepreneurship Day in 2012 or 2014. Then again in 2021, November 19 also became Universal Toilet or WC Day. 1	What do you think are some women rights that men deserve to legally have too or deserve to have a legal counterpart of? Men should be able to retire at a younger age than women. The current retirement age (say 67) is based on 15 years of life in retirement, or whatever that number is for Social Security. So with this, and the fact that the average age for men is 80, and 84 for women, there should be different retirement ages for men and women. In this example, 65 for men and 69 for women. Everyone knows what happens in prison so if you're a big boy by stealing other people's stuff you take a risk. I never said I agreed on what happened to him. This is a quote from my reply above: "Not sure if he was a repeat offender, and he did get very unlucky ending up in a facility for these violent people. Still, he took a risk with his criminal behavior. That being said, he did not deserve to be raped and murdered while in prison. Hope the perpetrators get what they deserve."
