| 16 | Office Encounter: International Women's Day vs. International Men's DayUnfortunately, International Men's Day (Nov 19) was also claimed by women when it became Women's Entrepreneurship Day in 2012 or 2014. Then again in 2021, November 19 also became Universal Toilet or WC Day. It infuriates me that OUR day became another women's day, so I'm no longer celebrating these days at all. | /r/MensRights | 09/03/24 12:44 PM |
| 1 | What about the life expectancy gap?Men should have a lower retirement age than women. This way we can all enjoy a similar amount of golden years. | /r/MensRights | 01/03/24 11:09 AM |
| 1 | What do you think are some women rights that men deserve to legally have too or deserve to have a legal counterpart of?Men should be able to retire at a younger age than women. The current retirement age (say 67) is based on 15 years of life in retirement, or whatever that number is for Social Security. So with this, and the fact that the average age for men is 80, and 84 for women, there should be different retirement ages for men and women. In this example, 65 for men and 69 for women. The numbers are made up as well as I could from memory, but you get the point. | /r/MensRights | 17/02/24 01:19 PM |
| 1 | Alabama inmate dies after being ‘tied up, beaten, and rented out’ by prison gang, family saysPeople being raped and even killed in prison is nothing new. It's wrong, but it's reality. I probably wouldn't last long between gang members and murderers, so I made sure to not become a criminal. That's all I said. | /r/MensRights | 16/11/23 01:23 AM |
| -5 | Alabama inmate dies after being ‘tied up, beaten, and rented out’ by prison gang, family saysShut up you POS. That was a general statement. Everyone knows what happens in prison so if you're a big boy by stealing other people's stuff you take a risk. I never said I agreed on what happened to him. I am always against physical violence, no matter where or when. Don't get yourself in a situation where you could be in danger. | /r/MensRights | 16/11/23 01:09 AM |
| -14 | Alabama inmate dies after being ‘tied up, beaten, and rented out’ by prison gang, family saysNo, absolutely not. This is a quote from my reply above: "Not sure if he was a repeat offender, and he did get very unlucky ending up in a facility for these violent people. Still, he took a risk with his criminal behavior. That being said, he did not deserve to be raped and murdered while in prison. Hope the perpetrators get what they deserve." So my answer to your question is no. Life happens, unfortunately, and by acknowledging this it would be better to never place yourself in a position tha… | /r/MensRights | 15/11/23 07:39 PM |

| -50 | Alabama inmate dies after being ‘tied up, beaten, and rented out’ by prison gang, family saysThis does not happen in low security prisons for burglary or white collar crimes. He was locked up in a prison for violent criminals. Lesson learned: Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time boys and girls. | /r/MensRights | 15/11/23 05:30 PM |
