3	Man serves 4 YEARS in prison for a fake rape accusation until it's discovered the woman lied. He gets $90,000 as a "compensation", she gets a 2 month weekend service-only sentence. I was thinking about this the other day. In Texas the most we can do under the Penal Code is False Report to a Peace Officer. Its a Class B misdemeanor 0-180 Days County Jail and a $2,000.
