yeah you are probably right. i am planning to start bulking, but i am not sure what kind of program i need to follow. i started working out in 2016, did it for a year not consistently, then stopped. now i have been doing it for 1.5 month. i know you have to change things so your body can adjust and grow, but it's easier said than done really.
