| 2 | Trauma-Release Meditation ExperienceI've also dabbled in meditation but i've never heard anything like this in terms of trauma release. I'm curious what "Joe Di Spenza’s Water Rising meditation" is, do you float in your tub while you listen to his video? I've seen something similar to this 'trauma release' in Elliott Hulse's video a couple years ago.
