I found myself in a situation like this in California. Ex gf used my card without permission, didn’t see anything wrong with it during lockdown and couldn’t understand why I was so upset. That was the final nail in the coffin in terms of broken trust, and I got my card off her account. We broke up shortly afterwards. She wasn’t from the East either. Hopefully she went to therapy like she claimed because she was in a really bad place from her traumatic past and severely abusive marriage.

Focusing on what women say in social media is the first issue. Regardless of whether they believe it or not, if it’s on social, it’s to get engagement. Secondly, independence is very important for a healthy relationship. When two people come together for a relationship, it should create what’s called interdependence, simply meaning being dependent [e: on] each other while still maintaining independence. I had a girlfriend who was completely dependent on me. She wanted to be into everything that …

Its not just working out; nutrition plays a big part of it too. Im on the other side of the spectrum; love working out, getting a runner’s high from the treadmill, etc etc. But what really put it all together was the nutrition aspect of it. Some food synergizes with my body - turkey for example, while eating chicken absolutely wrecks it

I’d say so. 5 days is a long time

Gotta put yourself into those cringe fest situations. People don’t just go to speed dating to speed date, but rather to work on skills or hang out with friends./

Take public speaking classes. Something that helped me is forcing myself into unfavorable situations where I have to talk to people. That’s helped immensely

Smart. Instead of pushing for a date, you’re having her wait so you both can date on a clear conscience. Shows you’re considerate of her

Ive read all the comments and I'll say it again unless you wanna reject us: BREAK UP WITH THIS MUTHAFUCKA. The comments have offered a bunch of reasons, and if they're negging your bf, you defend him. If they tell you to break up with him, you ignore the comments. Seriously, this guy doesnt like or even love you. He's using you as his own personal toy because he knows he has that hold over you. You said it yourself. He treats you horribly then abandons you; then comes back and treats you worse, …

From your post history, i would say he doesnt. What you think is 'love' is actually emotional abuse. It seems he doesn't treat you too well as well as your childhood has you wanting him to coddle you, but you guys argue, then he puts it all on you. Break up with him and start living your own life. The woman i lost my virginity to I no longer have contact with. You can too. You know what you gotta do. So, will you keep enabling this fucked up situation you're in, or will you stand on your own two…

Look at her post history. She needs to leave the relationship

Hey, you need to get away from this guy. According to your post history, you've got some serious emotional issues and your boyfriend is part of the problem. Drop him, get off reddit and get some help.

Dont know why you got downvoted. This is truth. People get busy. I get texts all the time and realize I forgot to respond to them. I give about 30 mins to an hour of grace period, then play it off. Works great so far

I think you'd have to wait to use that. Like if someone asks what your hobby is, then it'd be a good time to bring that up.

I use a negative statement, but turn it into a positive. it could kinda be a negative-positive restatement. so let's say you say you like the Dodgers (I'm living in LA lol) You: "I like the Dodgers." Me: "The Dodgers aren't my first preference, but rather the Braves." You: "Oh word? What do you like about the Braves?" Me: "Well..." Obviously this is a very basic conversation, but I consider this being authentic but in the right way.

I agree with this; but its something thats good to hold in the back pocket, especially during the second date or after a couple of days of interaction. I actually just sent this to a girl im talking to now after having a couple days of conversation on Tinder

Normally, I'd just say to drop her. But it seems like you want to see this girl. Check her out on Tuesday. If she ends up flaking again, tell her something like "my time is very valuable" and drop her (obviously use the wording you're use to.) Last thing you wanna do is get one-itis

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
