I woke up this morning and I feel the exact same way, empty. Empty as in I don't really feel much of anything right now. Make friends who have a higher SMV than yourself. He's right in the fact that no one actually does give a shit about you, but befriending the right people can lead to having an overall successful and happy life. People are an invaluable asset to one's own success and is something that shouldn't be ruled out.

Some of you are missing the point of what having a cold shower actually stands for. The anticipation of purposely having a cold shower and purposely putting yourself outside your level of comfort can translate into other areas of your life.
