Depends on the job. I would take a female secretary any day over a man. Who wants a male worker that is going to pick up your drycleaning and getting you lunch? You wouldn't respect him, and it would be hard for him to respect himself. There's a very good reason why men did all these personal tasks (As valets, butlers) at the top of the servant hierarchy etc in the past-because they are superior in this role.
