1	Cloyd Rivers knows I'm in the US, am HR and have seen it first hand. Granted my experience was probably isolated with that one boss but it was still an experience. I've seen wages of literally hundreds of people. I've seen women get promoted into jobs that a man once held and get paid less with the same experience.
