As another commenter said, she probably didn’t have any real intention to meet up with you and just wanted to flirt. However, be more confident regardless. While your confidence isn’t a deal breaker, more confidence would be better.

Anyone could get no prison time for that charge. That's just how the fucking law is. Repost this if she actually gets a lenient sentence; don't jump the gun and call out this perceived imminent injustice because it's POSSIBLE for her to get probation. Jeez
