I think obsessing over something that created each one of us, feels more pleasurable than anythng else and considered plainly doesn't need more than two bodies mashing together is different from "a lot of shit". Speaking for myself here, I don't voluntarily think about women each day, it's a nuisance. I guess that shakes up your just-world views. I don't know anything about the men you mention in your anecdote and how believable it is that they would open up to a girl about this, but saying men desiring sex is a choice is just not scientifically sound. 2	There is VAST chasm between the amount effort required to secure a partner that is reasonable for a healthy realtionship, between men and women. A women who is overweight needs to lose 20-30 lbs, throw on a dress/makeup and will be objectively attractive. If you're basing your range on men you see on the street the chances of false estimates are very high. Like if you assume couples you're seeing out and about are within the same age range a man could look older while potentially being 10 years her senior. Someone like LL Cool JJ who's has been out there since the 80's has looked prime for years, being black certainly helps. Moreover, when someone assumes a 'wrong' personailty is the reason for the lack of dating success of a man the implicit thought behind that is that women have better personalities than men when you think about it.
