It’s also possible OP finds it difficult to date someone and then call it quits when you find out you aren’t that into them. At least I do. I wanna get better at defining what I like, if I date someone and decide I’m not into it, not feeling bad ending the relationship which is completely avoided if someone agrees to sex with a relationship.

-Take 10 minutes -Imagine your child self with you -Talk with the child you and tell it affirmations -Figure out what that child you was shameful of -Tell that child you the things it needs to hear (you should know since child you is you) -Do this everyday Results of inner peace and confidence. That’s what he said to do. I’m sure different traumas may have different strategies to heal them but this is a great method to begin and I’d assume it’s quite free. You certainly didn’t have to pay me to …

I can remember having a deep shame of myself when I was a child. I don’t know where it started. Maybe I’ll find deep healing through this, or lead me to another way to healing. I do have trouble with the doctor analogy. Stage 4 is pretty serious. I’d really hate if my doctor was upbeat and confident to lie to me. There’s something about confidence and truth that has always alluded me. If you’re completely confident, then you’re a fool. Anything could happen. The more you know, the less you know.…

It’s called “Outcome Independence” You assume risk and put yourself on the line, WITHOUT knowing what will happen and without hoping for a particular outcome. Now that you know what it’s called you may find ways to achieve this habit. I’m not very good at it myself, but I’m pushing towards incorporating it deep within myself and FOCUSING on myself when I actually do pull it off. It’s not about how you fuck up but how you’ve grown. Look at the steps you’re taking forward, not the missteps. “The S…

Looks like we got my high functioning prefrontal cortex brothers in the chat. I just stay at home and don’t even have to bother with these kinds of things. EZ

I’d say it totally depends on how long you’ve gone without. For me, I’ve been dry for at least a year, since my threesome. If there was a girl 3 hours away, I’d prolly go to break through and get some momentum going. I like myself too, so whatever I do I’m gonna enjoy myself. Just don’t take a big loss in doing so. If I’m driving 3 hours then it’s happening.

A parent probably doesn’t enjoy punishing their children but there is an extremely important usefulness from the unpleasant interaction a good parent will take on. Honestly, at a certain level of intellect I assume this is the case of every relationship, romantic or not. Once you start interacting with someone else you stop becoming a me and start becoming a we. It’s a cooperation between two completely different stories. I can’t say I know the answers, that would be foolish, but at some point y…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
