4	I have an absolutely awful diet and I can't stop myself. What can I do? Learning how to cook. Was in a similar situation when I used to study full time and then work a physical job afterwards every week day so had very little time and would eat fast food daily. Eventually learnt how to cook when I found an LTR and we moved in together and now I meal prep on average 4 days worth of food every Sunday night.
