Not over a measly gram. It would be more expensive to knock a Big Mac out of his hands than a blunt.

I love how you went from $50 to $20. Still BS. A real smoker wouldn’t put someone in a hospital over $5 of lost weed.

Good shit runs around $300/oz. Assuming normal joint is 0.5-1gram that would be $5-10 knocked on the ground. For your BS to be true, someone would have to be paying $3000/oz and that doesn’t even exist.

😂 you must not smoke weed

It’s $5 on the ground. It’s not a very big deal.

She didnt hit him in the crotch organs. She knocked the joint off the clipboard as he was trying to roll it.

To be fair, she didnt smack him, she hit his clipboard while he was rolling a joint. The reaction was a bit unnecessary.

Also the defamation lawsuit has zero proof her her "lying". The merit of his lawsuit is simply him claiming her harassments claim is a lie. Keep in mind that 8 other people besides her have also accused him of sexual harassment. He also filed defamation lawsuits against all of his other accusers as well.

But it doesn’t. It has its own section and requirements.

Last I checked California was still part of the United States and it’s called Shopkeeper’s Privilege. (CA Penal Code 490.5). It is not the same thing at all as Citizen’s Arrest (CA Penal Code 837).

The ironic part is that Mia Khalifa isnt even her real name. Her name is Sarah Chamoun. Mia Khalifa is her porn name. She literally does the interview under her porn name instead of her real name and is offended that someone mentioned that she did porn... as they address her under her pornstar name. That would be like Dwayne Johnson doing an interview as The Rock and getting offended when someone mentions that he use to be in the WWF.

The entire purpose of this sub is due to the face that women are given lenient sentences/treatment due to their gender. This sub highlights the RARE cases when that doesn't happen. Look up the horror house mom if you want an example or simply face reality.

You clearly don't understand why this sub exists. It was also no where near verbatim, but equally as dumb.

You must have never heard of a judge giving a lenient sentence to a woman. PS. Stop deleting your comments just because they get downvoted and reposting them. They don't get any more intelligent each time you repost.

She has kids. More than likely she will get anger management classes, 1 month in jail and 1 year of probation.

Suspended sentence means she doesn't go to prison. She is on probation for 12 months and as long as she doesn't do anything illegal, then she serves no jail time. She got a slap on the wrist for animal cruelty.

Did you need to bring some type of written statement from your wife to prove you don't beat her in order to sign up?

I had already forgotten about it until this news article forced the bad memories to resurface. Looks like I have to drink them away again.

Not guilty was the verdict that the jury found her. (Not agreeing, just that's the way these cases always go)

If you don't see spitting beer into someone's face as an asshole move, then you're probably an asshole too.

The plea deal actually works in her favor. All of the felony charges were dropped down to misdemeanors. No matter what, her sentencing will be far lighter than if he was found guilty of the original charges.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/06/18 01:15 PM

She doesn't get sentenced until August. There is a chance she still walks away with community service or probation.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/06/18 12:54 PM

Shitty headline. The agreed to plea deal is 1 year, but sentencing isn't until August. Plea deals are only suggestions and judges are not required to follow the sentence recommendation. At this point she still has not received any sentence. The judge could still give her 5 years, or 1 year, or he could just slap her on the wrist and give her time served.

But The Wing’s supporters say it deserves different treatment. Kind of ironic that they demand equal treatment, then also claim they deserve to be treated different.

Even worse, feminists would read this chart and see that there is a 0.8% pay gap and then claim that is proof that a pay gap does exist.

That's just a stupid comparison. Do you really expect a serious reply?

His wife has no means to offset his financial impacts of her deception. Maybe it's not completely ethical to go after a clinic who has no cuplability, but that's still his one and only possible means to financial relief. Unethical and idiotic are not the same thing.
/r/MensRights06/10/17 06:25 PM
6

Because he didn't sue the woman, he sued the clinic. Since he didn't file suit against the woman, it means he also most likely did not persue criminal charges against the woman. Either way, this case and this article is only between the man and the clinic. It really is useless talking about the merits of non existent suits against the woman.
/r/MensRights06/10/17 03:23 PM
2

You can't call him an idiot for trying to go after the clinic, as it is his one and only choice to gain any money. He cannot go after the wife for financial damages, as she doesn't have the means to pay them. It was nearly impossible to prove the clinic negligent but still was his only chance.
/r/MensRights06/10/17 03:15 PM

The clinic did not commit forgery. This case was against the clinic, not the woman.
