I shared that I was only interested in pursuing an intimate relationship with a partner that was willing to get tested and we share results with each other. Simple as that. He sent me his results and I sent mine. We didn’t end up working out but that is my preference and the only way I’d be comfortable having sex.

Maybe more for men than women. As a woman, I was scene as interesting like a new shiny toy who wanted to learn the culture, kiss people on the cheek, and dance!! It opened me up to more attention because I was more open to receive it then in my home country.

Oh, LDR. Also, I will say I have this bad habit of pulling away when things get too serious. A leave them b4 they hurt you. I’m still doing my best to work on that.

I’d be interested in hearing about your background. I’m thinking you’re being doing this because you’re successfully married or in a relationship and want to share your wisdom w others?

For a sunshine man, you surely know how to rain on people’s parades. Luckily my ex was attractive and tall and still pursued me before I broke up with him. And here I was giving you props earlier. I think I’ll take that back now.

Nope. Because the guys I’m interested in just want to have sex w me and the guys who want to date me, I’m not really into them.

26F, I don’t do hookup culture and these apps seem like a waste of time and the guys that pursue me for the most part I’m not interested in and so the cycle continues. I’m not mad at it just waiting to someone I find attractive and have feelings for to share that part of myself with and see where that goes.

As a thick woman myself, I’d say shoot your shot. Start with a “hi, how are you?” And see where it goes or compliment her. We just don’t like creepy advances.

I would say a phone call or voice message. They are more personal than a text and shows that you cared enough for her to share your voice and you to hear her side of the story. Again wanting to talk and really see if she felt you two had something or if it was one sided. Tell her you would appreciate if she’d hear you out. If not, tell her to have a good life and you wish her well. That way hopefully you can find closure or try again. Either way it will feel better than how she left it.

It’s very interesting that you wished she would have communicated so you could’ve worked it out, when she could probably tell you weren’t being honest with her and that is why she was persistent with those questions because, she knew you didn’t know what you’re were doing. I know you said it not all about the sex and it isn’t, but it was maybe a couple of other things maybe your body language, demeanor, etc., that could have been determining factors in this encounter. And also just because you la…

Yeah, you should have been straightforward and in trying to overcompensate for your lie, it just got progressively worse. My advice is the reach out and come clean. Tell her you just wanted to impress her because you really like her and would like a second chance at getting to know her. See what she says. If she says no, move on and try to learn more from your next partner and future sexual experiences.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
