AFAIK, benzos have a similar effect to alcohol - you don't worry about stupid shit all the time. Unsurprisingly, they are addictive, so please heed OP's advice with caution. I've seen some close mates actually addicted to benzos. They should be used as prescribed by doctors - three weeks maximum I think. Over those three weeks, you'll find that you need to increase your dosage to feel the same effects.

For anyone reading the above thinking "they're not good enough because they haven't internalized certain concepts in a certain timeframe", just remember that everybody's different. If you believe that (like I did for a long time) that'll just wig you out and you'll fall even further. Take it at your own pace and you'll be right - as long as you're making progress.

Approach anxiety is the worst to deal with, OP. This weekend, I approached seven or eight girls to get them to buy me a drink.
