3	Is it me or is it high nigh impossible to bond with people? Since I moved to the west a couple of years ago, I noticed 90% of people bond with their own ethnicity. I'm 27. 0 friends 0 girlfriends. Only family left is my father and brother. People suck and it's like when someone has a social circle, they seem to subconsciously look down on loners. I live with roommates, all was well when I first moved in. Just maintaining what I have (I do lots of swimming) and lose as much fat as possible to get better muscle definition. Already eating fruits and protein, just trying to cut as much carbs as possible.
