There's a difference between "found innocent", a low bar, and the default state (since lack of evidence is such a low, and highly subjective standard). And being "proven innocent", such as being proven to be out of town/country at the time, being CCTVed somewhere elsat the time, having credible eye witnesses testify they were never alone, etc. Being proven innocent, beyond reasonable doubt, should be the standard.

The nature vs nurture at this point is just arguing semantics. The defintion they picked "what we perceive as masculine or feminine" makes it social. Those who say that how we perceive things is completely seperate from our biology are idiots, (I mean, we perceive burger as edible and concrete as not).
