The line about seeing it as something that makes you special, is one of the best advices that could be giving, in my opinion. I have a similar matter, I am a 22 year old dude and my hair is already turning grey. I know it's not something you can really compare, but I used to be insecure about it, since it made me different and wasn't and the phenomenon isn't common. Now I see it as a plus, since it makes me special, because most people don't have this.

I would try to meet in a place where eating is also an option. Not just a place with only drinks. It gives you options. Maybe you can look for a place that has boardgames in store free to use. A walk and a coffee is also very good. I would try to walk by some good scenery.

I see most girls looking at me when i am downtown or working as a courier. Yesterday I saw an amazing girl. I was tapping on my steering wheel while riding my bike, she looked at me doing the same, i started using my fingers for the rhythm. She did as well. You should go to the gym because you want it for yourself. Not because you can get women that way. You can always try. I would ask her to give you a chance to prove it. Ofcourse, she thinks you will do your absolute best and things will go back to normal... Make sure that that doesn't happen. Using your example, i would've lost interest and would've moved on. But for my last girlfriend didn't play any games or didn't circle around it. A long story, i will tell if you are curious. You can have girls come over, if you live in a country where they haven't taken restrictions concerning social activities or people coming over. Otherwise you can't, I've seen some posts about quitting tinder for a while cuz of this social distancing. I really depends how strict your country is at the moment. IMO

It's okay to go on date these days, if you country hasn't locked down or closed bars and restaurants. As long as you keep up your hygiene. For example, I live in The Netherlands and all bars and restaurants are closed, we aren't in lockdown, but it looks a bit that way. So dating here is a bit hard.
