I think you missed my point, which was that although there are laudable parts of both TRP and Hamas, both provide those services at an extraordinary cost. To use your analogy, throwing the baby out with the bath water implies that the core idea of TRP is worth saving. It isn't. If anything, it's the baby which should be thrown out and the bath water kept. But, that was such a filthy baby that the bath water is too dirty to use any more.
