Oh I didn't post the parent comment. I was simply observing that it is most likely sarcasm due to the context of the story linked above. Yeah a lot of people do think that way and they are allowed to. One reason I don't like Reddit is people are too black and white when it comes to conversation/argument. This is a perfect example. I do agree but I feel you need to know a little about the surrounding area of DFW. People will go to UTA and fill the rosters. My other options is staying at my current school or transfer to TCU. Seeing as I can't afford a private school and don't want to go to UNT or leave DFW, UTA is the only option. Which is fine.
