Only a few states still recognize common law marriages, and they all have specific requirements. I believe one they usually have in common is that the couple involved present themselves as a married couple, not just boyfriend and girlfriend.

I am also confused, but from reading the comments it seems that premium snapchats are for people to sell racier photos (nudes). I think the assumption is that these people are not paying taxes on the income from their premium snaps, so by reporting them to the IRS, they might get audited and be penalized for the unpaid taxes. Of course, as many comments have pointed out, there's no way of knowing whether or not someone pays taxes on their snap income. If they do, it will be very simple to prove …
