I love The Four Agreements. I second this idea that women often overthink. My boyfriend goes through periods where he is less communicative. Sometimes he will read a text I sent and not respond at all. He tells me later that by the time he remembers he doesn't see the point. In the past, I would have agonized and wondered why he CHOSE not to reply to me, catastrophizing the situation when he had literally given it less than a second of thought. They don't think like we do haha. Now I just let it…

I replied above but missed the 2 weeks thing. 2 weeks is absurd. If I were you, I'd lose this guy's number and never text him again (barring the possibility he was legitimately unable to communicate - coma or something extreme lol). Some men are incapable of breaking off a relationship. I have been ghosted more times than I care to count, including by a man I was dating exclusively for a year. No amount of asking someone to respect you or care about your feelings will actually cause them to beha…

Let him do it and don't even acknowledge it for now. Eventually he will leave permanently or he will do it less/stop doing it when you don't react negatively. You can tell him you missed him, I think, but I wouldn't go beyond that. Men just do this sometimes and in my experience there's nothing you can say or do to prevent it all the time, and being critical doesn't help either. However, he may be someone who chronically deals with stress this way and you have to decide if that is something you …

I take an oral collagen supplement every day and that has made a difference for me. As for topical stuff, check out products from The Ordinary/Deciem. They affordable clinical grade skincare. You do have to do reading on each product to find out what you need or you can purchase some kind of bundle. I use a lot of their serums, plus lactic acid, retinol, and some oils (rosehip seed is my favorite along with squalane but I have a couple of others). I also wear a 50 spf every single day on all my …

I have had the copper IUD for 2 years. It takes some time for your body to adjust. 3-4 weeks at the beginning were definitely an adjustment period. The c cramps are worse and start sooner than before. My periods are also longer than they were before. They used to be heavy and short. Now they're 5-7 days with lead in and lead out and a couple of heavy days in the middle. All that being said, I love that I don't have any hormones and that I can take it out and get pregnant immediately when it's ti…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
