I was on a dating app and one girl I was legit interested in had a line on her profile answering the prompt "most controversial opinion" by saying "all men are trash, prove me wrong" I noped outta there so fast lol. 2	19 YO girl who made up false rape claims has charges raised to felony. Now faces up to 32 years compared to the original 6 months. its not 2 yrs minimum though. they dont have to give any jail time and due to the high minimums they usually just fine/probation. also its way more likely they come to a plea deal, which results in a lesser punishment.	/r/PussyPassDenied	27/07/17 12:53 PM

Now faces up to 32 years compared to the original 6 months. its not a minimum of 6 years, the punishment is 2-10 yrs OR a fine. they dont have to give jail time and in these cases they usually dont.
