It should be, if only for the health and protection of the baby. | 1 | That's 60, not 60%.I agree that we shouldn't be sending people to jail for being addicts and that addiction is a disease but my sympathy stops when they start actively and continually hurting people. Regardless if they meant to or not their choices have lead to a life of addiction which lead to a life of crime. I can only have so much sympathy for a crack head.
