I disagree. Political correctness and feminism have found their way into the real world and are impacting people’s lives - look at the Title IX cases on campus and the #MeToo movement. Look what happened to James Damore at Google. I get what you are saying that many people don’t care about it but it is tyranny of the minority.

I’m 75% of the way through and the book is great. Really scary how Theranos has so much power to harm and intimidate people with their lawyers. The book also show that the fraud didn’t just hurt investors but a wide range of people including employees, patients, etc.

Not fully developed but: Women are attracted to men who would make good fathers. If you treat her like you would treat the child- goof around, some physical tickling etc., funny faces and voices, some discipline when necessary, she will be attracted.

The quote from Natalie Portman in the article is very telling. I call it revisionism - where incidents that were no big deal at the time are now recalled as terrible sexual harassment. Women are being encouraged to do this and it also gives them attention and victim status. I think this also applies to famous people like Trump. In the 1980s Trump was a hot 40 year old playboy billionaire and I bet these women bragged to their friends that he hit on them. Now that 30 years have passed and they do…

I think his main argument is that his custom made cakes are a form of art and therefore free expression. He shouldn’t be made to produce art for causes/events he doesn’t approve of. People also miss the distinction that he wasn’t discriminating against gay people (I think he had sold things to the couple before), he was discriminating against the event of a gay wedding.

Yep. I also forgot to mention it sounds like he also called these women up later to apologize for his behavior. Of course that wasn’t enough and they had to attention whore to the media about something from 12+ years ago.

In one of the main stories he invited 2 women to his hotel room and then took off his clothes and started masturbating. Imagine a woman invites you to her hotel room and walks out of the bathroom naked with a vibrator- would any guy remotely think that this was harassment? Even a married guy would just leave the room. What he did was pervy and creepy, but those woman could have gotten up and left at any time.
