World chess bans trans women from all-female contests over 'unfair advantage' fears. OP: Are they impyling men are more intelligent or is it a strength issue? You motherfuckers are actual incels. You guys don’t even understand that you mirror the feminist misandry you shitlords despise. This sub has warped a lot. It used to actually point out unfairness, now you’re nothing more than a bunch of Jordan Peterson lites. | /r/MensRights | 18/08/23 01:58 AM

heres some positivity for men. dont feel pressured to look a certain way.Yeah. That's kinda what I heard. Like muscle hypertrophy is your max potential strength, per se, but some people are just better at utilizing the muscles they have and are closer to that ceiling already. Like a lot of bodyweight fitness people are incredibly strong for their size. | /r/MensRights | 23/03/20 06:31 AM
heres some positivity for men. dont feel pressured to look a certain way. This is very true. I've seen body builders struggle with "easy" ab exercises that have ridiculously developed abs. Kinda weird that strength isn't quite 1:1 with hypertrophy. | /r/MensRights | 22/03/20 07:59 PM
heres some positivity for men. dont feel pressured to look a certain way.As a guy with an incredibly strong core, I can tell you I was only able to see my abs in a relaxed state when I was stupid lean. Like sub 10% BF lean. I think it's doable, but not even sorta maintainable for most people. | /r/MensRights | 22/03/20 06:06 PM
heres some positivity for men. dont feel pressured to look a certain way.Could also be from that. But dbol is known for giving you that puffy roid look. | /r/MensRights | 22/03/20 06:04 PM
heres some positivity for men. dont feel pressured to look a certain way.I guess people don't like the truth. Getting to 10% body fat for an absolutely shredded six pack is definitely attainable for basically everyone that's relatively young and isn't morbidly obese. Attainable and easy aren't the same thing. I've been to 8-10% BF. I can't do it. I feel weak and starving. Resulted in binge eating. Didn't feel physically healthy for me and definitely wasn't mentally healthy. Much happier at a slightly less shredded 12%. The fact that people can maintain 8-10% year rou… | /r/MensRights | 22/03/20 08:24 AM
heres some positivity for men. dont feel pressured to look a certain way.You don't just lose abs like that. It's probably because he hopped off the diet. The workouts have little to do with ab definition in that sort of time frame. And dehydrating is like a cheat code to looking 2-3% body fat leaner than you are. Body builders do it before a show in addition to diuretics to look absolutely peeled on stage. | /r/MensRights | 22/03/20 07:45 AM
heres some positivity for men. dont feel pressured to look a certain way. It's attainable for most. The question is if it is maintainable for most, to which the answer is no. I mean, it depends heavily on your body fat distribution, but most people can't maintain the 8-10% body fat that is required to have a super shredded six pack in all lighting. These guys are a horrible example. One of them is even pushing his stomach out. Neither of them are lean enough for six pack abs. Bottom guy is probably 15% or so and the top guy is probably like 13-15%. | /r/MensRights | 22/03/20 07:41 AM
heres some positivity for men. dont feel pressured to look a certain way.Test isn't that kinda roid. That bloaty awful look comes from harder anabolics like trenbalone and especially dianabol. HGH is kinda misunderstood, and way overhyped. Test is actually probably the least "roidy" out of all of them. | /r/MensRights | 22/03/20 07:34 AM
Feminist doctor shames men who feel psychologically damaged by male genital mutilation. Claims these men are "mansplaining" and have a "fragile male ego".And she's verified and all. If they're verified, I don't think the rule should apply at all. | /r/MensRights | 06/01/19 03:14 PM
She cares so much about babies.I'd rather be circumcised. I think it should 100% be down to choice, though I feel incredibly biased considering it's all I've ever known. It's a topic I've always been "Pro-Choice" about. Can anyone point me towards some reading to give me a new perspective? Only thing reddit has shown me is "don't cut baby dicks. Absolutely not okay,". | /r/MensRights | 26/11/18 02:51 AM
Ellen mocks International Men's Day, "celebrates" by objectifying male celebritiesI got flamed a few weeks back for saying "faggot" in a derogatory but non-homophobic manner. It's comments like these that make me realize how not okay it is, regardless of intention. | /r/MensRights | 19/11/18 10:31 PM
