1	can anyone stop me from falling into the red pill? One other thing I want to mention in this section: I did a lot of work in changing my mindset, in one area in particular. This is also not easy, and takes a prolonged amount of effort and commitment to the goal even in the face of adversity or thinking it isn't going to work.
