It's possible that what the Dean is asking you to do would be a basis for an obstruction of justice charge since the recording is evidence that could be used in a criminal prosecution. I don't know what the law is in Oklahoma where the incident happened, but many states have mandatory reporting laws. Teachers and principals who don't report abuse can get their licenses revoked or suspended or even charged criminally, and the school district can get sued. When I was dating, lipstick was an absolute deal breaker for me. I thought the idea was ridiculous and deceptive, and showed shallowness. Wearing eyeshadow was even worse. Both of these things should be made felonies with mandatory prison time. I stopped watching movies more than 20 years ago mostly for that reason--and because they showed too many close ups, which I found irritating. Try to have as much of a social life as you can (or get a job) without messing up your grades, or doing something that's going to have long term adverse consequences. If you're going to lift, learn how to do it correctly and IMO you're better off doing power lifting than bodybuilding. Don't watch tv or movies unless you have a good reason to, although some old stuff might be okay. Most of what's been made in the last 50 years is propaganda. Read anything good that interests you.

OP, the stuff that's piped into stores and restaurants is usually junk, but you might want to consider classical music--at least when it was tonal. The structure is different from popular music so it might stimulate the brain differently. Bach, Beethoven, Schubert and Handel are great even if you don't like everything they wrote. Beethoven is pure red pill. Brahms's symphonies are good too.. Chopin is good but he's an acquired taste. It's more than just entertainment.

I haven't read all of these but I'd try Marcus Aurelius first. There's a reason he's been around for as long as he has. If you can get a copy of The Manipulated Man by Esther Vilar that would also be good. Carnegie's book is worthwhile but there's some padding in it. It would have been better if it were half its length.
