It’s higher mostly because the legal definition of rape excludes most cases of woman on man rape as rape. Rape is defined as penetration of the anus, mouth, or vagina. Most female on male rape is regarded as a lesser form of sexual assault which is classified as “Made to penetrate”.

No, women and minorities are not the same. Some minority groups such as black people and indigenous people actually are disadvantaged. Such as black people and natives being shot by the police at a 2.5-3x higher rate. Also getting harsher sentences for the same crime and being disproportionally in poverty. Women just were historically oppressed (and even then had it better in some ways) but feminists act like they still are.
