I was saying they don’t come out as often, because when people say, “how come he’s complaining? I would’ve loved it” or, “I wouldn’t have told anybody if she did that to me”, now that’s the problem
I understand where you’re coming from, but by law, this kid is a victim. In court they will call him that also. If we just say he isn’t one, then it would make this situation seem like an overreaction. By law, this is rape. And it has to be known as such. The kid might not call himself a victim, and that’s fine just as long as it’s his choice. But he is one in court
He’s a victim, the child might not see it. But by law and by those around him he’s a victim. Especially now that’s she’s been caught, legally he’s a victim
Stealing a car is a lot different then having sex with a minor. How about you tell your views to his parents that probably are distressed that this happened to their child.
By law it is rape. Just because him and her wanted to have sex doesn’t mean it excused. She took advantage of a child hormones because everyone know how hormonal teens are.
I am not blaming the kid, because he’s a kid. I’m blaming the teacher on taking advantage of his hormones like that. I understand humans have hormones, but adults need to hold back their hormones especially on kids.
I don’t care if I get downvoted or not. But fuck those people saying “she’s hot” constantly or, “it’s consensual because he has hormones and probably loved it” fuck you, SHE’s the adult here. He’s a child. Just because they both wanted to do it doesn’t make it right. It’s rape and always will be, his mother didn’t “convince” him that it was rape. No, it was rape. End of story. She should know not to put her hands on kids. Everyone should know that. Man or woman, attractive or not.
