1	You have to go out alone I used to be 8/10 I'd say when I was in great shape.. Used to be 6'2" and 190lbs. at 8% bodyfat. Now i'd say I'm maybe a low 7/10 since I've put on a considerable amount of weight this year since I've been disabled. My game definitely isn't as strong as it used to be..
