AG oversees policy but does not personally adjudicate, there is a process for that with judges. I read the law. Are you suggesting that Barr hears every asylum case? We have an asylum seeker process that includes immigration judges. Maybe Barr could shut that whole process down, but he hasn't because that would be extreme. Not sure what your advocating for.

Your rambling has nothing to do with adjudication of asylum seekers. They are allowed a hearing, by a judge, to determine they're asylum claim. Barr doesnt decide these claims. Your plan of shipping people to different countries in a weird shell game is some REAL dumb shit.

She did. The "declare at port of entry" line is bullshit. There has never been a port of entry requirement until Trump, they changed the law to make it harder. Currently they're turning folks away or licking them up at ports of entry so...not really an orderly way to declare asylum as he states. Its denying access by bureaucracy (which I thought small govt republicans hated red tape..) Edit: spelling
