As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youI’m super sorry it seemed like I wasn’t taking it seriously! Any sort of “laughing “ was meant towards me myself and not any men or the situation itself. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/07/26 08:33 PM
As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youYeah, this was my intention. I have the bad habit of just adding it on towards anything I text and if anything I meant the “laughing” more at myself. As for my strong bond with my Dad, he always treated me as my own person and wanting to be my friend. Not too much towards that where I could just do whatever and go crazy, he definitely still has Dad mode but he just created an environment where we could talk about anything and enjoy hanging out. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/07/26 08:33 PM
As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youThis definitely was my intention and it kinda went over my head, a mixture of it just being a bad habit of mine to add it to the end and I really didn’t think it’d be taken as laughing at men! It was meant more towards myself | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/07/26 08:30 PM
As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youI wish I saw this before I closed the app! I’m truly sorry it was taken that way and I did not mean it to come off like I think it’s a laughing matter or anything like that. The “lols” and laughing emoji was meant more towards me because I wasn’t sure if me making a post like this was a “good” thing to do or if I was going to look dumb. It was 100% not meant to be towards the situations men go through or towards them. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/07/26 08:13 PM
As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youI can tell from your comment that she definitely will! I don’t care about any “mistakes” or unfortunate circumstances with my dad, all I care about is him in my life and being loved by him. He’ll always be my first love just like you’ll always be hers ❤️ | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/07/26 04:32 PM
As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youI’ve grown to realize that! Now I hug him a billion times a day and get a cuddle session in daily lol | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/07/26 04:30 PM

As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youThat’s… bizarre. Not to make light of your situation but that’s crazy to end a marriage over. I assume almost all men look at porn a little lol. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/07/26 03:39 PM

As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youThat’s so sweet. :) A bit after my parents divorce, he was sleeping on the couch and I just slid in and cuddled with him. I’m 18 so naturally we didn’t cuddle as much in recent years but he said it really helped. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/07/26 02:48 PM

As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youI’m really sorry. :( If I can give advice, maybe try dating like you said but just be casual about it. Don’t view it as your next marriage but just as having fun to get you out of this funk | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/07/26 02:40 PM
As a woman… I just wanted to say I’m sorry and I see youYea… you’re just expected to be tough and “manly” through everything without much in return. :( I’m glad I can help a little bit | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/07/26 02:07 PM
Dating after divorce age gapAs a 18 F that likes older men, I love this attitude lol too many worry about what others think | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/07/26 01:13 PM
At a cross roadHonestly, I was happier for my dad when he got a divorce. He was miserable before so seeing him happy was great. :) Gotta take care of yourself too even as “dad” | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/07/26 03:43 PM
Men should be happy that there is no mainstream culture these days and that popular culture is now more fragmentedI think you do make a good point, at least with the shows from the 2000s and some of the 2010s (i dont know enough afterwards as I grew out of it by then lol). It seems like more times than not, the dad was the main role model wether he was the only parent or he was the more loving and sensible one. As a girl raised mostly by her dad and grandpa, I always enjoyed seeing that. :) | /r/MensRights | 02/07/26 02:57 PM

It's sad to me how many men I talk to feel like they have to walk on eggshellsI definitely get what you mean, I guess I just meant society acts like they’re including men in that when they’re really not | /r/MensRights | 28/06/26 12:32 AM
It's sad to me how many men I talk to feel like they have to walk on eggshellsYea, nothing else to say other than that sucks and I’m sorry :( | /r/MensRights | 28/06/26 12:32 AM

Why do women want to go to predominantly male communities/hobby ?As a girl that does this and DOESNT hate men, I do it because men are easier for me to get along with lol | /r/MensRights | 27/06/26 04:49 PM
What do I want from dating? Maybe sex, but I think positive reinforcement more. You’re not crazy at all! As a girl that’s friendly with a lot of older guys, married and divorced, it’s so easy to get them to light up by giving them the smallest compliment and just making them feel like they’re worthy of it. It’s sad, really. (The situation, not them). It’s the absolute bare minimum but they’re still not used to it. That’s why I try to give out small compliments to men I see in a store or just out and about. | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/05/26 03:27 AM

What is the best way to support my dad with his divorce?Good to know! I can definitely do that :) | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/05/26 07:33 PM
Time for divorce? If this isn't really anything new and you can't see it changing, then yea divorce. It won't be easy but it beats just being miserable in a loveless marriage. I (18F) have been seeing this happen with my dad and even though it's tough at times, he's way less miserable after the divorce. | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/05/26 12:00 PM
Advice...I won't hold anyone accountable...WA State...contested divorce.I can't give any legit advice but... I (18F) saw my dad go through this with my mom and it was awful. Sending as much good vibes I can so that you can get through this! | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/05/26 11:56 AM
