I shower with cold water every day since I was born. The benefits? I'm unsure. I have good skin, but not the greatest skin ever. My hair is great, but because I use only conditioner when I wash it. The greatest benefit I can find with it is that feeling of being alive and motivated to do everything a man can do. When I, for some reason, have to shower with warm water, I feel sleepy and unclean all day long.

As a Colombian, most of what you said is true. Really. You just have to be wary of the "Estética traqueta" (narco aesthetic). That is, completely bolted-on women: surgeries everywhere. If you somewhat suspect that you found a narco's bitch, avoid. Believe me.

I have been in the other side of this story. I'm currently the "Chad" (although not ripped at all) my ex chats with while her boyfriend doesn't know. If she's like my ex, and I definitely think this is the case, she is just waiting until Chad lets her in her life again. And that is disrespectful as fuck.
