If that were the case, being a peeping Tom wouldn’t be illegal. If you’re 3 ft away from someone staring them down and restricting their movement, I think it’s reasonable to be charged.

Or you could, I dunno, not stare people down and physically prevent them from getting off a train?

Depends on your area too. Dating options here in Southern California are WAY better than they were when I lived in central Kentucky.

I think people in general have a hard time with self improvement since it’s unpleasant to face the reality that is you with the problem and not everybody else. People who are comfortable with themselves, make or female, generally don’t have a hard time finding partners.

Because until you fix yourself, there’s no point in seeking a partner because if you can’t offer your best self, why should they enter into a relationship with you?

I think you’re feeding into the social media idea of what dating is like now. You get what you look for. If you go chasing after champagne/yacht girls, that’s what you’re going to get.

Sure. But until then case law carries the full weight of legislative law. Since Roe hasn’t been overturned, it’s still the deciding precedent at the federal level.

The 4th Amendment also confers an overall right to privacy. The 14th Amendment covers due process. Since abortion is a guaranteed right under the 4th’s Penumbra of privacy rights, any attempt to suspend that right below the federal level runs afoul of the 14th Amendment’s guarantee of due process.

“Neither of which applies” Ok I’ll bite. Explain.

Except the 10th amendment doesn’t supersede the 4th and 14th amendments. Oops.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
