they are good for newbies, but I dont think its worth to pay hundreds of dollars to get simple tips like "offer value", "get better not bitter" and "play to win" even if they are fundamentals, just my opinion

I did try gym, meditation, dressing well, feel happier and I still couldn't approach so it's about just approaching period. I'm not bringing you any solution sadly, but if you don't approach when you want to, you are not releasing that adrenaline rush and that's like masturbating and not being allowed to come. Don't repress yourself, give up or approach. Feel the fear and do it anyway by S. Jeffers could help

The pick-up market it's truly full already. The best way is go out and approach women, too much theory will null your brain. I personally like Tyler from RSD, he can guide you through "male polarity". Maybe download one of his products or watch him on youtube. TRP and him sometimes sound the same, but he got a different philosophy.
