Dude I thought it wasn't real until I saw a gf I had from high school (my first) on Instagram and bruh she went from 165ish to 265ish and all across her Instagram are pictures about 'real woman have curves', 'only real men can handle her' etc etc. when I was in high school I was a power lifter but didn't watch my weight and got fat. I was strong as shit but fat. She left me and broke my pathetic little heart and went for the guy with a car and more experience with women although he was very 'bet…

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the act of changing yourself to fit other people, whom in this case you don't even know, the very definition of beta?

The thing is, they're right. As a man, you're not owed anything. You have to work for it. I won't disagree there. However, the kind of manipulation that goes along with all this turns me off tbh. I mean yeah even men who are doing well, if they don't get married they are viewed as if something is wrong with them as time goes on. I think I heard it referred to being like Peter pan or some other shit where women who are getting old want to manipulate men into getting married. Personally, I will ne…

Exactly. Like take for example, admittedly I've never been good with women. Not so much cowardly (see beta behavior) but I just don't click or get along generally speaking. And while I am decently in shape, all I want in a woman is decent to average looks and someone who isn't crazy af. Women on the other hand want a man with high status, lots of money, good looks, muscular, other women who are attracted to him etc. The irony too, is that this is a general opinion in my experience as even the fa…

What's weird is that to them 'all women deserve someone' aka high status male, yet not all males deserve 'someone' aka a woman of decent to above average looks. It's exactly because of this kinda mindset that MGTOW appeals to me.

See the problem is that people phrase living a healthy lifestyle as a 'diet'. When in reality if you just 'diet' for a week or two what happens is you lose a couple pounds of water weight then regain it when you start consuming all the regular high sodium shit you used to. My point is, technically if he did put his daughters on one of those fad stupid ass diets then yes he was retarded, however if he was just feeding them chicken breast and veggies then I see no wrong being done. Edit: I'm into …

Yeah I guess at this point the relative difference between training is going to be negligible. Pretty much needs to just pick a program (the programs you mentioned are decent), eat in a deficit, and do cardio 3-4 wk. What I mean though by it doesn't make sense to lift heavy is that my heavy on the big 3 was over 400 or even 300. But I guess it's all relative since for him the bar is 'heavy' and for me 350+ is heavy. I also have just noticed from experience that I tend to get injured a lot easier…

Hey this is all I know. More often then not, when you are in beginner mode you are going to see gains regardless. However, the last time I could only manage the bar on bench was when I was 12 and didn't know a damn thing about lifting. I used to do a shit ton (15 or so) of sets but regardless hit 225 by the time I was 8th grade and 350lbs between 16-17. My point is that under a deficit, for this guy in particular it doesn't make much sense to do less volume and try to go 'heavy', when the guys '…

[facepalm] first off, trash that thermogenic shit. It doesn't work. The ECA is ok I guess but don't waste you're money on thermogenics, they aren't DNP and are not going to do what DNP would. Instead I'd say buy something like a good protein powder and ditch the diet supps as they aren't what you think they are if they're legal. My point about hypertrophy is that as I explained, both cardio bunnying (verb?) and powerlifting aren't going to get you to look like a bodybuilder at this point in your…

Whatever you do, do not go into cardio bunny mode. It might seem tempting and seems logical enough but what happens is that you end of looking thinner from places you don't want to look small like shoulders, and keep the fat around the sides and gut (see cross country vs sprinter). Primarily though, start eating clean stuff like chicken breast, tuna, egg whites etc. Stay away from high fat foods and look into he YouTube channel of omarisaf. He explains many misnomers when it comes to dieting and…

BP does not work efficiently either I'd argue. Granted I've never been good with women, but I could never go 'full BP' and even before I read anything on the social relationships between men and women, there was something inherently disturbing about the men I've seen sacrifice their integrity and dignity for a chance to fuck a girl.

Damn see and that's why I don't take my meds haha I was prescribed cymbalta for depression a little while back as well (I actually believe I have bi-polar) and said fuck that bullshit. Unfortunately, in order to curve said depression and get on with my shit (work, school, lifting), I started using opiates which puts me much in the same situation as you. So far stopping, it wasn't even the physical that has got me down but the severe lack of motivation and unless I'm lifting, most times of the da…
