I like NLP too. I'm just surprised that on wikipedia it says: The balance of scientific evidence reveals NLP to be a largely discredited pseudoscience.

An alternative perspective... I used to push myself like this. But I only got sick of myself. I'd push too far and then binge on some vice to get some kind of relief. Nowadays what I do is the 5 min rule. Think of all the skills you want to work on today, pick one and do it for at least 5 min. You typically end up doing it for longer. And with things like music, coding and languages, it just takes time and discipline. If you do some every day, you will progress. I prefer this way as it's more st…

Has marriage always sucked? I agree that it's worse than before, but has it ever really been good? Marriage/wife is terrible jokes seem to have been around for centuries(?).
